Review by hotel critic
Review of Situated conveniently in Cartagena, presents a conflicting yet intriguing value proposition for travelers. The large room I occupied, equipped with three beds, offered ample space and all necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and reliable air conditioning. Housekeeping ensured cleanliness throughout my stay, though communication regarding guest inquiries was lacking-messages often went unanswered, reminding guests to verify their belongings upon checkout. The service was adequate, and while the hotel generally meets basic expectations, it delivers these at an acceptable price point. The absence of luxuries like in-room breakfast or premium tours may steer some towards higher-end options. For cultural tourists like myself, seeking an authentic experience rather than ostentation, this hotel might be appealing. Ultimately, while does not boast the frills of luxury, it strikes a balance between comfort and cost, making it a viable option for those exploring Colombia's rich heritage. Just remember, if you value your belongings, give them a thorough check before departure.
